Throughout my career in human resources, I observed that many growing businesses struggle to balance compliance, leadership development, and operational efficiency - often without access to consistent, strategic HR guidance. I founded this business to bridge that gap. My goal is to provide small to mid-sized organizations with structured, high-level HR support that protects their business while empowering their teams. I believe effective HR is not reactive - it is proactive in strategy, intention, and foundation to sustain growth. This firm was built to deliver that support the right way.
Founder Bio
Megan Washington is the founder and Principal Consultant of The Right Way HR Solution. With a strong background in a multitude of human resources areas, she brings a structured and strategic approach to people operations, supporting leadership teams, developing managers, improving onboarding systems, and ensuring organizational compliance with employment laws and best practices.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management degree from Trident University International, possess an active Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is pursuing the SHRM-SCP certification. Megan has close to a decade of experience working in human resources over a vast number of industries including the military where she has demonstrated her expertise in crisis management, HR strategy/ advisory, payroll administration, and workforce planning.
Known for her analytical mindset and calm, solutions-focused approach, Megan partners with business leaders to assess challenges thoroughly, implement optimized systems, and strengthen organizational performance. She is committed to helping growing organizations build compliant, people-centered workplaces designed for long term success.
